What is the Oase BioMaster pre-filtermousse?

The Oase pre-filter mousse is a filter material special made for the pre-filters of all types BioMaster filters of the brand Oase. It is possible to order the filtermousse in different variations so that you can adapt your choice of filtermousse to meet the needs of your aquarium. Every variation has his own color, orange, blue or black. In addition to using one variation, it is also possible to mix variations of the filtermousses. For example this pre-filtermousse 60ppi together with the pre-filtermousse 45ppi and the pre-filtermousse active carbon.
They have the correct dimensions for the pre-filters and are therefore easy to replace if the old filter material is dirty.

BioMaster 250 and BioMaster 250 Thermo have space for 4 pieces. The BioMaster 350 and BioMaster 350 Thermo contain 5 pieces. BioMaster 600 and BioMaster 600 Thermo and the BioMaster 850 and BioMaster 850 Thermo have 6 pieces.

Pay attention:

If you are going to medicate your aquarium, first you have to remove the activated carbon pre-filter foam. This is because the active carbon will filter the medicine out of the water and your treatment will not work properly.
