Rock with holes
Rock with holes is, like the names already tells, a rock that has many holes. It is special made as a hiding place for, for example, young fish or shrimps. Because of the many holes in the rock there is place for a lot of fish. The holes have all different sizes, in horizontal and vertical alignment, and so the rock can be used for different sizes of fish.
Also with catching out the fish it works easy there the fish can’t really hold themselves into the holes. The front and back of the holes are open.
Material and manufacturing
The rock is, like all our breeding caves, a handmade product and manufactured from fired clay (1090 °C). Therefore differences in size and appearance are there. Every piece is really different!
Due to the nature of the material, the surface of the cave rock is slightly rough.
The standaard color of the rock is brown.
In addition, it is also possible to order other sizes or color of the rock. Even special rocks, other than the standard measurement is possible.
