HS Aqua white filter wool

Description

HS Aqua white filter wool is a fine white wool which is ideal for filtering dirt particles and organic contamination out of the aquarium or pond water.
Due to the fine structure, the dirt is caught in the fibers and does not spread further.

It is suitable as a pre-filter in aquarium or pond and can be used in almost all type of filters. For example external filters, biologe filter, sump, etc.
Especially with fish, for example Panaque species, which make a lot of dirt it is good to use those filter wool. It will make the tank more clear.

The filter wool should be replaced when it is dirty.
In addition, it is possible to wash the filter wool several times under the tap water and place it back into the filter. This is only limited possible because it will fall out of each other and get holes. In that case it is important to replace the filter wool for a new piece to keep the best filter result.

In addition to filtering, these filter wool are also excellent for cleaning the inside of the aquarium plains. But, make sure that there is no gravel or stones between the filter wool, because they can cause scratches in the glass.

HS Aqua white filter wool is made out of Nylon.
